How Do Check-In and Check-Out Work?
Before your arrival, we will send you all the necessary instructions, including a step-by-step video guide to help you reach the property.
Upon arrival, we welcome you on-site for key handover, a tour of the property, and all useful information.
For departure, we simply agree on a check-out time and collect the keys. We remain available throughout your stay for any assistance you may need.
What Time Are Check-In and Check-Out?
Check-in is usually from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Depending on property availability, we can offer early check-in or late check-out—please feel free to request this as early as possible.
If you have unusual arrival times, don’t worry: our team can be available early in the morning or late in the evening. We adapt to your arrival schedule.
Do I Need a Car to Get Around?
Although our properties are ideally located, we recommend renting a car to explore Mauritius freely and easily access beaches, restaurants, and activities.
If needed, we can also arrange car rental directly upon your arrival.
What Is Typically Included When Renting a Villa?
Villa rentals include household linen (sheets and towels), cleaning during and at the end of your stay, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with essentials such as salt, pepper, and dishwasher tablets. You also benefit from a welcome kit including water, tea, coffee, basic toiletries, and laundry detergent.
Is Cleaning Service Included?
Yes, cleaning is included in the rental price. A cleaning service is carried out during your stay depending on its duration, as well as a full end-of-stay cleaning. If you require additional services, we can also arrange extra cleaning upon request.
Is Linen Provided?
Yes, household linen is provided. You will have hotel-quality bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, and bath mats. For longer stays, linen can be refreshed, and additional sets can also be provided upon request.
Do You Provide Baby Cots and High Chairs?
We can provide a baby cot and a high chair upon request. Simply let us know before your arrival so everything can be set up in the property.
What Optional Services Do You Offer?
We offer a wide range of additional services to make your stay even more enjoyable: airport transfers, car rental, private chef or in-home massage, personal trainer or yoga instructor, activities and excursions, extra housekeeping, and grocery delivery before your arrival.

Do You Offer Mid-Term Stays (Several Months)?
